RFR Matt are you still around on this site?? Have the option to buy a used tig welder- miller syncrowave 250- older industrial unit. Is this a good machine?

I'm not RFR Matt- but the synchrowave 250 is an excellent machine. Square wave, and you can move the waveform around for different properties of cleaning aluminum as you weld it. It's an industrial quality piece, with a watercooling (which a synchroway supports) you can get a small torch that's easy to manipulate. I'd buy one, if I didn't have one already....

Matt has been around sporadically, but hasn't participated in over a year. You'll just have to survive with the rest of us... :)
