Need Advice: Tubular vs Stock and Coilover vs coil?

I am currently working on my 67 camaro. I had the front subframe sandblasted and painted and now I am planning on doing the front susspension. What is a good upgrade for this car? I am really not sure where to begin and I need any and all advice before I start spending my limited funds. Thanks in advance!

if you have limited funds stick to what works and won't give you problems down the road, keep your stock lower A-arms with std coil and shock, for the upper A-arms you can just rebuild the stock arms, do the Gulstrand mod and tall ball joint or use aftermarket upper arms that will also give you the ability to dial in more caster.

Ditto on the stock rebuild... If there are no plans to race this car there is no need to spend money on parts/stuff you will never utilize. (my opinion here). Rebuild the stock suspension with good quality parts. Paint everything so it looks nice and drive the car.
If the car is drivable now I would suggest taking it to a reputable frontend shop and have them give it a look see. If you need a new steering box and other parts it would be good to know right off the bat.

That`s good advice. Look at your goals then look at how each part will or won`t get you closer to those goals. Don`t be drawn in by hype. Hype doesn`t make your car work any better. The geometry of these cars is terrible,bumpsteer is quite bad, the spring/shock rates are too soft by modern standards and the factory alignment specs make only make things worse. Anything that helps correct those issues will be money well spent.
Also subframe connectors and solid or at least poly subframe bushings are a must! They`ll tie the car together,reduce squeaks and rattles,make it ride and handle better.
