How are you guys mounting these and where? Anyone used the optinal factory mount? My unit came with no mounts or instuctions for mounting.
TIA, Tom

I'd be interested as well, since I have one. I am thinking of perhaps trying to mount it in the glove box. Maybe making up some custom brackets to hold it in place. Little bit uneasy about leaving it in the car, just seems like an item that would be easy to disappear if I was broken into.

I have a Stewart Warner A/F gauge that I plan on hooking up in the console, so I really only need the full meter for playback etc.

Have you looked into the upgrade to add RPM to the meter as well?

Only looks like $150 at Summit:

I think with RPM it would be pretty decent for tuning.

Yes, I saw it. I probably will order it. Right now though, I just need to get the front clip back on. The garage is already FULL of stuff, I need to put some parts back on the car so I can make some roooom.

OK... I received the FAST mount. It comes with a pretty cool suction cup that you can use on any slick surface... Im going to do away with that though and make plate for the transmission hump and mplace their mount and the gauge there. The upholstery shop will have to make a boot for the leads... (why the heck would they make these leads twelve feet long???) I guess they think people will want to mount the gauge on the rear bumper:pat: Shoot, they offer an optional 16' set of leads. what the...

Im gong to call them and see if they will exchange these leads for a 6' set.... then Ill only have about a three coil loop of leads hanging and zip tied under my dash.

Cool, if you can throw up a pic when you get it mounted. Be interesting to see.

Ill post pics as soon as I can figure how to resize them proerly. My former camera is a 7.5 megapixel... too big, and the software wont let me downsize the file enough , beleive me.. Ive spent hours. Ive got an older camera from my wife (3.5)... maybe that will work.
