Well decided to finally install my DJM setup and belltech sway bar and get my truck ready for Summit Truckfest and the stylin trucks show next weekend up by Akron Ohio next weekend

Well all four control arm bolts will not come out. The nuts came off fine, butt eh bolts would not budge. Tried heat, air hammer, 3 lb sledge hammer, nada. So truck is going to the shop

Decided to also go ahead and remove the sway bar well snapped 1 of the 4 mounting bolts to the frame so now the shop will have to drill that out.

But at least I have everything presetup for them and new hardware for the swarbar and and upper ball joint.

Well that sucks when that happens........ did you try an air chisel with a blunt tip that has worked for me in the past also did you spray it down with a good rust penetrate before.

most colorado/canyon guys who have over 40k miles have this issue if your 30 and under the bolts may come out fine

well got the truck back and well have issues

so I went to pick up the truck and they ended up spending 6 hours in labor to uninstall the old crap and put the new stuff. well they said they didn't have the adapters to do the 18s for the alignment, so I drove the truck to sears and since I had 18s on the front and 20s on the rear they said they couldn't do it because of their wheel sensors, so I drove the truck home to swap the 20s back on and noticed some issues.

The shop had installed my end links backwards (bolt ends are supposed to face the front of the truck) not sure if that would actually cause a issue or not, and they mounted the swaybar upside down, but I can see why belltech put their sticker on upside down because I remember comparing it to stock. when I took the stocker off

here are some pics

wee bit of a rake at the moment (i do have 1 inch blocks I can put in but I'll wait to see how it drives and rides after fixing things and getting the alignment and see if I need to raise my coilovers up some)
