best wiring 6a to hei

what would be the best and cleanest way to wire a 6a msd box to my hei?
i have the summit wiring kit, battery in the trunk and the rest is just about stock.

Dont know if you are asking how to wire it under the hood or how to wire it to the battery in the trunk ??
