I do not know of that company, but I would never buy an extended warranty from anyone other than the manufacturer. EVERY friend who's bought the private company warranty's has had virtually everything declined. The one and only time I did I had the same experience. Had a water leak at the back of the engine, took it in under the extended warranty. They declined because the gasket was under an egr plate, and smog equipment was not covered with this company. Factory warranty was gone. So I cancelled it and got my money back.

I would skip the extended warranty. Payouts are usually tough to get and have many exclusions. Do your homework, read the agreement.

Put the money it would cost away and save it. If something happens and you need it for repairs you can get to it easy.

I have one through the Penn Warranty Corp - www.pennwarrantycorp.com - for my '01 Cherokee. It costs me about $35/month for almost full coverage, and I've had it since I bought the Jeep in March '04. I just recently had to have the AC evaporator replaced and have the system charged. The shop had to pull the dash, disconnect the airbags, and a whole mess of other stuff. Penn did not pay for the R134 (WTF are they supposed to put in it??) or the diagnosis, but covered the part and all labor, less my $100 deductible. In the end, the final bill was almost $950, and I had to pay about $280 out of pocket. I got my money's worth out of the warranty with that one claim. The guy at the shop said they were one of the easiest one's he's had to deal with as well. Hope that helps!
