Doug,
Thanks for trusting us to build you a set of wheels that no one has seen before! They look awesome in person, and we're very proud of the way they turned out. They are going to look killer on your slick black car! Note, the entire wheel center is clear coated for easy maintenance, even the detail cuts. Enjoy!

I knew it...figures it'd be a black car.I am very familar with that color, lots of nice sparkles in the paint.
Those wheels have a great splash of color about them, they'll highlight your car wonderfully.
Great choice.:kewlpics:

Well the wheels are in.
So the big question is now what shop I have mount the tires. Usually my local shop does it but that was on a $40 rally wheel.
Any specs I should look for in picking a tire shop to mount them?

You want to use the guys with the latest,high-dollar machinery to handle that task, these aren't ordinary steel rally wheels.
PM Jon and ask him what to look for and what questions to ask.Generally, all your bigger chain tire shops should all have the latest hi-tech stuff.

I recommend going to a larger chain like America's Tire, or Discount Tire. They normally will have the better, high dollar wheel and tire machines where they hardly even have to touch the wheel. Ask them though, and they will tell you. Or, if there is a high end tuner shop in your city that deals with higher end sports cars, they normally have a machine, or can tell you where they take their cars. It really is worth the homework.

Found a shop. Bad news is its a chain and not my local guy who only has an old school Hunter
STS auto and tire has a
Hunter TC350 (State Of The Art/Touchless/Runflat Capable) and for balance they have a Hunter GSP9700 (State Of The Art/ROADFORCE Type)
Got this from the tirerack webpage on local installers they have.

Here are two pics.
18x9 with 275/40/18 Sumitomo tires.
I was going todo the money shot that John has made famous but my wife was taking the pictures so in the end I'd never see the $100 again....
