I have a 13" C4 setup which I love. I bought my rotors from CarQuest a few years ago and got the 'better' ones whatever that means. I have some warpage. What are some cost effective rotors to buy? TIA.

I get mine from www.sportbrakes.com - they are reasonable priced and the c4 stuff actually was Brembo.

Some of my local autocross guys like the DBA brand. If you can't find a local dealer you can get them thru Kore3.

The Brembo blanks have the best reputation for 'off the shelf' parts...

There has been great discussion over on CC.com about this very subject.

I've run GM rotors for I don't know how many track days. They are still in good shape and no warping.

I have used EBC and the Brembo C5 rotors, and they look like the same castings as the stock pieces from GM, and even the Raybestos rotors, but they have fancy milled slots and such, with a plating for corrosion. I havent warped any rotors as of yet. GM's seem to be the cheapest

I have no real experience with anything other than stock or Brembo. I was doing some shopping of my own and ran across www.brakeplanet.com. They have lifetime warranties on all of their brake components. Crossdrilled and slotted rotors, and ceramic pads for my Nova is only $188; seems pretty dang cheap too!
