I have used Hawk HP Plus pads on other calipers, they are great, but noisy and dirty. I plan on using the H compound on the Wilwoods. I track and autocross a lot, so I need a tough pad, just wondering what you guys have been running.

I'm still running the show car Q pads. For the SL6 (7416) your choices from Wilwood are A, B, E, H, BP-10, and BP-20.
If you're up to doing some machine work on your pads here's a suggestion Katz gave me (that I still haven't done):
Get PFC 01s. Rear should work just as is. On the front, you'll have to mill the thickness down to 16mm or so from 20mm. You'll probably have to grind a notch on the top of the plate, where bridge bolt sleeve fits.
The pad material will wear out the end mill. Get a cheap sacrificial end mill, or use an old one just for this pupose. Start by plunging in the center and go outwards to avoid chucking the compound. Make sure you wear dust mask.

I've tried Q-pads, BP-20's, E-pads, and now I'm on BP-10's. BP-20's take a little heat to get working (not a good street cold stop pad) but can handle a higher temp on the track. I use the BP-10's for the street with very good results now that I'm running a 5/8" mc on the sl6's.
Are you having an issue with stopping power or temp?
