DSE fuel tank question

I read in the instructions that they recoment flushing out the tank??

Did you guys do this and if so how did you flush it??

news to me. my ricks tank was nice and clean on the inside.

Dump in a gallon of gas, swish it around, and dump it out.

For the record, it's not as easy as just dumping it out. I tried for the better part of two hours to get all the gas out of my DSE tank. All the baffles inside made it almost impossible.
