1969 GTO 4 Speed 2004 GTO 6 Speed LS1

I've got a freind that bought a 1969 GTO and a wrecked 2004 GTO and was going to do an engine/trans and interior swap, but he's a banker not a mechanic and his estimates have been comming in way over what he's looking to put into the project. he's thinking about selling the whole deal any Idea what it's would be worth??? 04 is hit in the front, but will still run and drive.

the engine and trans I think would be the easy part the interior well yeah that would be alot more difficult but I but the GTO interior has been done in a a 1st gen firebird before but I think it would take alot more to fit in a A-body than a f-body
