Hey guys what do you think of 19x8/19x10.5 with 255-35/285-30.The car has QA-1 coilovers in the front/rear.Building my own torq arm and lower control arms. The car has a tubular K-member with control arms.I'm not looking for bling but for good looks with good handling.I was wanting 18"s but I can get a pretty good deal on the wheels and tires.I know the wheels sizes have been compared for the best handling but what about road manners. The cars is my daily summer driver. Thanks for the input. :worship:

A bunch of guys over at LS1tech are running 19" wheels on their 4th gens. I think they're made by HP racing? Nine ball, one of our mods here has them on his '02 SS. I've heard some mixed reviews on the wheels, but maybe he can give you a more direct answer if he sees this.

YUP !
no pics on my site yet, but i do have pics of 20x10 rear and 19x9.5 front on my site. they were IForged that i use to have.
now i am currently running 19x10 all around with 275/30ZR19 tires, but i will soon be swapping out the tires to put 285/30ZR19 on the front and 295/30ZR19's on the rear.
I'll try to get to my storage unit this weekend and pull it out and click a few pics for ya, if you like?

That would rock.I was a little afraid that my car might not look right with any thing bigger thaan 18's.You say that you might be getting 295-30-19's who makes that size. That is the size I requested, but only found 285-30-19's in the bfg g-force radials.I appreciated all the help all of you have given. :headbang:

www.tirerack.com
has them in.
1. Michelin Pilot Sport PS2
2. Continental ContiSportContact 2

i would highly suggest spending the extra on the Michelins, no other tire compares in my opinion !

pics for ya ! :bananna2:
working on beefier tires for them, the 275's look too small.
gonna swap them out for 285/30ZR19's front and 295/30ZR19's for the rear.
