What are/is the best method(s) for adding a flattening agent to paint to ensure consistency? Do you guys do it by weight or by measuring the fluid?. I am planning on using the Sherwin Williams Dimensions single stage gloss on the car but with a flattening agent to achieve a satin finish. I want to do the firewall and trunk area first then cut in/jamb the car and paint the body a little later.

Shoot test panels. Start at 5%, then 10% etc...

Label each panel and choose the one that looks the closest to the finish you desire.

I usually use HOK and use 8/2/2/1.
