I just got finished (almost finished) swapping out an old C4 with a fresh TCI sizzler, with a saturday night special converter. All went well, the manual ( just a factory manual) says its a 5 qt capacity with a converter. I Now have 6 qts in it, its not reading on the dipstick, and its only going into gear sometimes. If you put it in gear, and blip the throttle, it will click in. Whats going on? could new tranny have a higher capacity? i cant find any specs within the paperwork they gave me with the trans, or converter. its all brand new stuff. please help me:( thanks guys!
