I came to North Carolina this week for a photoshoot and a couple of meetings. One of which was hooking up with Lou Santiago to help him out with some photo. We spent the day doing some local shop visits and shooting some of his projects in house. I will post more images as they are ready. Here is a picture of me and Lou at his shop. Every one thinks their a photographer. He has some cool projects in the works and one that will be at SEMA. I was also fortunate enough to meet with the Tuckers at DSE about some photo projects that they have. They are first class. I spent a good part of the morning with Kyle discussing the projects in house and touring the facility. Jr's camaro was back for a stereo upgrade. He drives that car often. I had road grime and even a ding in the door. Check out Lou's site, Garageinsider.com. It's a great site. :)

Hey Lou, you've been inside the TV world, maybe you can answer a question. Why is it that so many half-completed projects just fall off the Earth when a show changes hosts? Your transition away from that cable network was pretty well orchestrated, but for example there was the track day Mustang that I would have enjoyed following to completion. Is it ownership issues with the car or parts? Maybe an unwillingness to shift hosts during the build in reruns? Different build philosophies from old to new? What happens to these cars, do they gather dust in storage, get parted out, resurface later as if their previous history didn't exist?

I was wondering what happened to that Mustang too.
