We`ve been doing some work with Hellwig lately and I thought you guys might enjoy a look at some of their new products. They`ve made swaybars for muscle cars, trucks etc. for years but their latest generation is really outstanding stuff. All their bars are hot die forged, heat treated 4140 chrome moly for durability and light weight. The signature pieces are a line of adj. rate rear bars with modern OE style end links. They have 3 position adjustment (soft, med.,firm) to tune the handling of the car and the end links install really neat and clean. They have a textured hammertone finish that retains grease and reduces bushing contact area for smoother movement and no squeaking. Naturally they have a selection of front bars to match,in various sized for tunability. Here are a few pics of the 1st Gen Camaro adj. rear bar. They also have them for everything from Tri 5 Chevys to Mopars and Mustangs. We`re helping them with some more GM applications as we speak. We`re really excited about these! http://www.scandc.com/hellwigswaybars.htm

How about the rear sway bars for G bodies?
This link: http://www.scandc.com/images/G-body-Front-Bar.jpg says G body front, but it looks like a rear kit.

Sorry, that`s just a mislabeled caption. We ARE still doing our Pro Touring adj. rate, linked, rear bar with Spohn Performance though! The Spohn preproduction bar is on one of our test cars right now and we`re really happy with its fit and performance. We should (finally!) see a production version in the next 8 weeks or so. The Spohn package is a similar overall configuration (axle mounted with adj. end links) but more of a streetable road race car set up with teflon lined heims and all HD hardware. We`ll post more about that very soon! Mark SC&C

It`ll work with any brand of arms but will work the best overall with the Currectracs. Mark SC&C

I'm excited about mine. It's an early mustang adj. hellwig bar. looks exactly like the first pic.I scrapped the u-bolts and used a trailer leaf spring perch welded to the axle tube. I then used a universal prothane sway bar bushing. My end links are not adj.(yet). I may cut them in half and weld left/right thread ends and use a double adjuster in between.

That`s cool. It`s neat to see a PT AMC project. Don`t forget that using those welded mounts won`t let you adjust the end link angularity like the bolt on mounts do. Build your upper link mounts with 3 holes as well and you`ll be set. Mark SC&C
