Hi, i am wondering if anyone knows of a really cool sounding alarm siren, the regular old 6 tone alarm sucks. I was thinknig of the newer BMW alarm siren, but not sure. thanks!

I'm working on my own alarm/system kill kit right now. It's for my own personal vehicle(s) but if anyone else is interested, I may patent it for sale to the general public. -Jabin

the bmw sirens are just older alpine sirens. i have 5 regular DEI viper sirens, 1 viper pizeo inside and 1 square clifford. by far the clifford is the loudest and can be heard over the rest. a buddy and i are working on a car video survalence system the will use recorded sound for warnings and such

i know what you mean about the alpines, but have you heard very new BMW's they make one loud beep when they arm, it is pretty high pitched. I just want to get away from the 5 tone alarm, that makes all the different noises.

123db @ 10 feet. But the 100A current draw might be a problem.

The BMW ones are very loud specially when they are going off that would be a good one to use.

LOL What about those 100-watt police style mega-phones like the ones at Wal-Mart? I was playing with one a friend let me borrow and that damn thing is loud as hell! I was thinking about re-wiring it for use to go off inside & outside the car. -Jabin

Actually it's a feature. After the alarm sounds... the battery dies.
