I'm new to the site. Looks like a nice place to hang out to learn and to share info.

I'm an old buzzard by car site standards (45). I own an M6 2002 Z/28 with a stock short block, AFR heads, small cam, and a bunch of bolt-ons. It's my weekend cruiser that sees an occasional trip to the local drag strip (12's).

I'm in the process of collecting a long list of parts to swap in a 4L80E transmission, Yank SS4000 converter, Compushift controller, etc.

I look forward to interacting with y'all.:twothumbs

Thanks for the warm welcome, gents.

70bird, my computer with all the pics is on the fritz, but I'll get some pics up eventually. The car has 62cc AFR 205s with 0.040" thickness gasket. I'm running a custom Comp XER lobed cam, 224/228 114+1. Driveability is excellent! Here's the dyno graph. (I have since added a cut-out, an EWP, and a ported stock throttle body.)
