You guys have probably seen my 71 Nova that I am building. Working on the mini tubs as we speak. Have installed the DSE coilover front suspension, Quadralink on the way. I am probably going dark green with the car along with the stock hood and hood and fender louvers. Kind of a retro PT car. I am looking at the 17" vintage rallye wheels. Do you think this is a no no for a PT car. I think it would look pretty cool and a "little" different than everybody else is building. Or should I just go with the boyd, foose, rushforths look? Any opinions would be helpful.

anything big and 5 spoke look great on this body style. I say go with your budget.

I'd say go with whatever makes you like it the most. If you like the vintage rallye wheels, go for it. You're the one who has to drive it and look at it all the time! One thing nice is that you do a lot of options that will look good on that car. Wheels can always be easily changed as well.
If you decide to go with a billet style wheel and like any of the Intro or ID wheels, just let me know and I can answer any questions you have.

Get the wheels you like the best. I'm biast, but I think the polished Fuels would look awesome on that year car. Also, the Schott Americana is winner too. And right now, we're running 15% off the Schotts.

Do you guys have any custumer pics of a Nova. I have been going back and forth between vintage and the rushworths. They sure do look good! Any chance you can PM me an approx price on 17x11 and I think "17x7" for the front. Or are guys fitting 17x8 on stock subframe?

Your rim requirements sound similar to what I am looking for my Nova, a somewhat retro look w/ a unique style to them. I have been going back and forth between rushforths and vintage styling as well and have yet to make up my mind. Honestly in the end it all comes down to what you can afford. There are plenty of great wheels out there if your wallet is fat enough, just take your time w/ the decision and decide on somthing you are going to be happy with. As far as fitment goes you can fit a 17"x8" w/ no problem up front you just need to dial in your backspace ahead of time w/ some careful measuring.

We have been fitting 17x7's on the front. For the rears, all our wheels are softlip styles, so I would really suggest going with the 17x10's apposed to an 11" which is not available unless we stretch a 10" hoop. I will PM a quote to you. Let me know what you think. I think the Fuel would be the perfect blend of vintage, yet pro-touring and updated.
