can't get TPI engine fired

Here are a few details. Arizona Speed and Marine big block TPI. GM 1227730 computer tuned by Ed Wright of Fast Chips. The problem is the computer isn't grounding out the injectors (no injector pulse). I can ground them out manually and they work. Does that mean the computer is bad or am I missing a ground somewhere? Going by the wiring schematic, I have everything out of the computer that needs a ground connected to a good ground. For whatever reason, the computer can't pull a ground to the green and blue wires that feed the injectors. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a scanner or scan software? You need to see what the commanded PW is for the injectors. Do you get spark?

Yes, I'm getting spark. I don't have a scanner, but I can probably get access to one. I just talked to Ed, and he said to check the TPS and a couple other sensors. He was telling me that they could keep it from getting fuel if one of them had a short.

Well I've earned the bonehead of the year award. I took the prom out yesterday looking it over. To make a long story short, I was about to haul the car to the chassis fab shop for the rollbar, so I put the cover back on the computer. I didn't want to lose the screws or cover. The only minor problem with doing that is I forgot to put the prom back in when I got back home from the chassis shop. As soon as I remembered that this morning, I put the prom back in it and checked for an injection pulse. Of course it had one. It fired at last!!!! Sounds very healthy too. I'll try to post a video to the project updates section this weekend.

on my ls1 in the 69 i had a similiar problem. i had left one of the pigtails on the back of the computer loose. it cocked at an angle and the crank sensor wires were not making contact. i worked on it 3 days and bought a new crank sensor before i found it on accident!!!!
