The interior takes it to a new level. I expect ugly custom bodywork, but the interior... damn.

It looks like an escaped from the Corvette Summer movie. And I thought that Corvette was ugly... :slap:

I was just stereotypin when i saw the original builder was from GA. but I agree, all that's missing is the hydraulics, it's already got the wraparound sofa and wire wheels.

As soon as I saw the picture I guessed at a rough build date, didn't miss it by much but back in the day that car would have been hot, now it's yesterdays old newspaper.
Think about that as you plan your current build.

It won the southeast for 10 years? This would mean that it was winning until 1996 at least. The 80's style was long gone by then. Who was judging this show circuit?
Funny that he names the builder and the painter-body guy.If I had built it then I wouldn't want anyone to know.

I understand a lot of this is sarcastic humor but to dish on a build that was top of the line "in it's day" seems a bit, I don't know, Childish.
I'm sure your build will be awed at for decades, never falling from style, the Pro Tour, slammed, airbagged, 22" wheeled with massive over the top brakes will never go out of style. Yeah, right!
Sorry, I can't fault a build with that much work into it that won top show honors, even if it looks silly by todays standards.

that interior is pimp. seems that car has never been started or driven. wonder is that tiny belt would actually drive the 2 blowers.

The car's name: "Endless Dream"
More like Endless Nightmare.
This is what happens when a custom car is past it's prime. Am I the only one who noticed the cheap chrome rusting/flaking in spots? The giant paint chip on the hood? At least they mention these problems in the description.
The interior is just sweet. Swivel buckets and wrap-around rear seat with a mini-shot bar. Pecan wood accents. Wow.
