LSX LQ9 LQ4 or ?

:screwy: I am looking to go fuel injection. I considered going lt1 due to cost and easy instal. I am now thinking of going a dirfferent way. I would like to know what would be the best LS route to take. Less mods the better. I know some will need to be made but do not want to cut the frame. What would be the best accs drive to use (no after market as budget does not allow). I pretty much want to by a eng that I can drop in(of corse oil pan and headers and other parts will need to be replaced) Any sugg would be great as I can get my hands on a 02 escalade motor with about 20 k miles on it for $300. I dont want to buy it and find out I have to replace a bunch of parts to make it work. Also I would like to run the camaro/vette intake as I like that look better as its much cleaner, is that possible on a lq motor?:throw: I have a mild built 350 and just looking for better gas milage as this is my daily driver. so the extra hp at this bpoint between eng doe not make a difrence. just what to drop in and run. Thax

Seriously, if you can get it for 300, Jump all over that! How could you go wrong?

I say get it. You will have to replace minor stuff like the intake and oil pan. Recommend the L92 heads and L76 intake combo. At 1500-1600 for the set it cant be beat.

Looks like he sold the motor. But he did pick up a couple of LS motors I will be looking at this weekend. I will be selling a barry grant 650 man choke new and other parts PM me. I will post later.
