Oh good point. I knew the outcome before the video. If you don't, the video is extra disturbing.
You know, I jut watched it again and could see the passenger door open before the thing came down. The story says the driver was able to unbuckle his seat belt and get out the door before it hit. Man was moving fast but you can see it happen. Damn lucky and dumb at the same time.

watch the frame of the truck right between the cab and bed. he did a lot more than tap the thing.

sure the driver got lucky BUT, its sure was a good thing no customers were under that at the time
