Certainly is an intresting site, I can see me spending a few hours/day/weeks looking thru the site!!!!
Where to start. Serial car builder, Engineer by trade, is that enough??

!967 Mk2 Cortina, series 1 , 1.3 DeLux, Ermine white, Red interior.
Engine,
3.5 Rover p6 bored and lined to 4.0, ARP studded mains and heads, all other fixings ARP, 11-5 cr Omega Pistons, ballenced & lightened, Heads supposedly TVR racecar items, Cam, Mechanical Tom Wilkenshaw GrpA WO1 from European touring car /solid lifters, adjustable pushrods. TVR racecar Inlet manifolds fitted with Jenvy/luminition 45mm IDA Doundraught T/Bs, Home made linkages, BMW325 injectors, Management, Emerald M3dK ECU, Home made carbon air box, Home made exhaust manifolds and 2.5 system single Flowmaster box.
Gearbox,
Toyota Supra 5 speed, home made rose jointed quickshift, new cast remote. clutch, Helix Grp N, DJE Steel flywheel, ARP fixings. modified pickup conversion bellhousing
Axle,
Mid 80s Toyota Celica 3.7cwp factory LSD, Moser Shafts, Narrowed 30mm.
Suspension
F, Capri front clip, r&p steering etc, Koni Top adjustables, adjustable abutments, 2.25"
springs @180lbs, Indexable top mounts
R, Capri single leafs, Gaz adjustable Mk2 Escort Shocks. home made 3 link control
Brakes,
F, 320mm 32mm discs, Porsche Bembros fitted using home made bells, R, Escort Mk3 front discs scorpio callipers, BMW 535 M/cyl dual circuit, removed from BMW servo, adaptor plate made and fitted to cortina fixings. No servo on cortina, Braded lined throughout, Electric Line loc.
Wheels,
Compomotive MLs 6x15s-195/45/15s & 8x15s-225/50.15s
Interior,
Stock 2 door interior apart from Mk1 Astra GTE Recaros with headrests removed and recovered to match stock interior,
Instruments, Mk2 Lotus clocks, Stack tach & shift light, Motolita steering wheel. Mk2 escort 1/2 cage.
General,
New front wings, new front panel, new rad support panel, rear arch repair panels, new strut tops.
the car has run 12.604 @ 110 with 1.599 60 fts, fully trimmed, street tires and as it turns up at the strip, then driven home again.
Car is being rebuilt for more performance:seizure: Removed dissy, and gone over to coil packs, More compression, slightly more cam, Fogger kit, [looking for low 11s] upgraded ECU, now capable of running 3 maps, so I can have an economy , race and nitrous map all at the flick of a switch, That economy is even more important with our gas prices now at $11 per gallon,
a few mods to the suspension so I can use it in sprint events, nothing more than beefing up the rear panhard bar mounts,

Sweet! And welcome. Nice to see a wider international presence attending the board these days... I've been trying to turn folks onto some of the euro cars, including doing my own XR4TI project (the US version of the Sierra) with some Cosworth bits and SVO mods. Cheers m8.
