i have a 8.5 10 bolt out of a 76 nova and was what internals to run. so basiclly im asking is what to get for my housing that will hold 600 hp. any input would help. thanks

First, what are you going to do with the car?
Second, what are the stickiest tires you plan on running?
It's actually connecting that power to the ground that breaks parts-if you run street tires you won't have any problems.
To start with, you need to have the axle tubes welded to the housing. Then, you should probably change the axle tube ends to something that uses the Ford type bearing, so you will have a reliable axle retention system instead of c-clips.
Next, I'd get studs for the diff bearing caps and use a TA cover.

i plan on doing a little auto cross but mostly just a hard driver im looking for something reliable that not going to brake when i get on it. for tires the most agressive road tire i can get. thanks i think im going tru track though

30 spline Trutrac and 30 spline Moser axles. Use quality bearings and other parts when building it. NO JUNK MADE IN CHINA. Be sure that the pinion depth, backlash and bearing preload are correct. Proper gear set up is just as important as the quality of the parts being used.
