bushings

I am trying to install my energy bushings in my lower control arms but i cannot get the sleeves out of the bushings to lube everything.

What is the best way to get the sleeves out?

I like to use a slightly opened bench vice to support the bushing then use a deep 9/16" socket and a hammer to drive out the center. Lube it up good when you put it back in.

thanks mrquick, i held it while my dad pushed it out with a socket. It is all lubed and back together.

what can I say, I like em tight and lubed. lower control arm bushings that is.
