It was a 351 bored and stroked out to 414, but now we are working with john kaase and we will be going to 598 cubic inch we are shooting for 1000+ horse power on E85.
I went to your link, I love the work on the dash, I have always liked the true blue steel dash's. What color paint are you thinking about using?

Thanks and you will be happy with Kaase's engines he builds some nice stuff!
And as for color on this ole Hot Rod it has been the absolute hardest decision to make im trying to stay with an older theme and feel to the car thought of black and a tea green met. but to be honest leaning towards a orginal two tone color that was on it, in maybe a met. form I just want to car to be timeless with wheels and color and let all the subtle custom mods speak for themselves!
The orginal color was a light green and a lil darker teal green top, still undecided but the interior will be a tan with leather and seude seats. heres the wheels im looking into from ET and car will also be on air ride its a 9" 4.30 gear 4-link car
406 6" scat crank and rods
10.5.1 mahle forged pistons
comp roller 242/248 @.050
750 mighty demon
Brodix alumin heads 200cc
350 turbo with 3,500 stahl, vaule body
nothing to radical still a street car lol

Neat Car! My automotive interests are wide so I'm glad to see some different things posted here. I am on a lot of sites to learn and see other ways of doing things. Can't wait to see it finished.

I have seen a color that is alot like baby blue on some old 55-57 chevys that I think would look good on the car. I will see if I can't find a picture of one.

The color your thinking of is tropical turquoise and i had a 57 along time ago and just really got tired of it. Seemed you seen alot of them, is a clean color though!

Ohh yeah I think it is just a cool clean lokoking color that can still keep a old style hot rod look.
