Looking to go from 4.10's to 3.73's and I was looking at the richmond gear sets and they have a set of 3.73's that fit on a 4 series carrier. Does anyone know how this accomplished? seeing that the ring gear probably has to be thinner, also does this affect the strength of the gears? or should I just go to a 3 series carrier instead?
