Hey guys and gals... Looking to upgrade my brakes from my current set up. I'll admit, I'm not very good at following all the different options that are out there! Hopefully somebody can help me out.

1969 Cutlass, currently has Global West Negative Roll UCA's, B-Body spindle with correct LBJ and outer tie rod, 12" 1LE rotors, stock calipers with Hawk pads. Stock LCA, Edlebrock shocks, and Global West springs. I went with this set up because I couldn't afford to upgrade my wheels at the time.

My plans are for 17" wheels up front, with 17's or 18's in back (not that it matters). I'd like to re-use the Global West UCA's if possible, they are in great shape and weren't cheap! I want to use factory brake parts, I'm a wholesaler and the prices I get rotors and calipers for is amazing!
I'm unclear on all the different spindle options: factory drum spindle with seperate hub and slip on rotors, Blazer spindle with rotor/hub combo, BellTech lowering spindle
Different calipers: C4, C5, LS1...
Needed brackets...
Different ball joints or outer tie rods...

Can somebody summarize my options?

I also have a hyrdoboost I plan on using, as my solid cam 350 creates questionable vac to properly run the brakes.

AND... willing to consider a disc brake upgrade for the rear to. Running a Type-O (Oldsmobile) rear end.

Thanks for the help!
Nick

Looking around the SC&C site, if there is a decent gain to be had... I would also consider their new LCA's.
