The great Enron swindle and the Enron loophole - Happens in oil and it'll happen again this fall with heating oil.

Add that to a weak dollar and here we are.

I think he has a really good point. I believe a lot of what we are seeing with oil prices is speculation and maybe even fear. Think about it, everyday all you hear is oil is getting higher. It's doom and gloom and that scares people with a commodity like this. So they pay whatever they have to in order to get the oil now before it becomes even more expensive.
