67 Camaro, Using DSE Mini tubs, leaving axle stock width. What size wheel tire/combo? I'd love to fit some 335s on it if I could.

My 67 has DSE tubs and stock width 12 bolt. Without rolling the rear quarters, the max wheel lip was 3" (leaving 1/2" outer gap) and 9" max backspace (leaving 3/4" inner gap). In order to get 335's on mine, I'd have to roll the lips, and it wouldn't leave much space on either side. Using 335's would require a very stiff rear to not rub around hard corners, especially if the car is lowered.
In my case, since wheels wider than 10" start gouging the budget, I'll be buying 10" wheels. Tires will probably 285mm (11.2"), so the rubber will stick out .6" more than the rim. Much more than .6" and I'm guessing the tire sidewall behavior will suffer around turns.
My advice would be:
1) Measure yours since your rotors and amount you lower the car might cause a significant difference, and
2) Remember the body will move around hard corners. Leave some gaps on both sides to allow this. How much to leave depends on how stiff your car is after modifications.

I have found usually you can go up to 11", usually the 12" wide rims really start bumping up the prices. It probably also depends on the rim manufacturer and size.
