My house was finished with construction last July. The apartment was temporary until they finished it.
I put some new wheels on it today:

Tony, the first step in recovery is admitting that you have a problem.
And those wheels aren't new, just different. :icon_razz

Project Management in the offshore oil/gas industry. I've literally doubled my salary in less than 4 years. Plus, LS1TECH.com is a very nice boost as well.

Tony, you know I'm super jealous! I still can't believe the price you got on that car! What a steal. Congrats!!
love the 35th anniversary wheels too. what are the plans for this one? and hows the 1le build up coming?
Very very nice choice man, damned good find too. Good call on the wheels.

WS6, this orange one will remain a street daily-driver. I'm thinking it needs a single turbo setup, with a conservative 550-600 rwhp on pump gas. That should be plenty for me. lol
The 1LE is still in the parts gathering stage. Tranny, rearend are being shipped. All the suspension is here waiting to install. Still need to install a 10-pt cage and decide on how fast I want to go. All-motor, or turbo????

Those cars are so easy to love, it is no problem getting hooked. I love Lisa's WS6 convertible. As much as I have been tempted to molest it, it is so damn nice stock I think i will leave it virgin. It gets not many miles, and it might be a family memebr for life. So I am kind of looking for a hardtop to screw with. Maybe even a wrecked one I can fix and moleste the dood doo out of. Trans Am would be prefered, but a SS will be OK also.

I was big into 4th gens till this Pro Touring thing hit me about 4 years ago. The Orange 99's are my all time favorite 4th gens. If you ever want to sell I'd be glad to take it off your hands. :fingersx:

Jason, its easy to get hooked on pro-touring cars. I actually sold my 10-second Formula to buy the '69. After about 6 months into that project, I couldn't take driving a slow GMC every day, so I bought the '02 SS. Then I made it too nice to drive daily! The blue 98 Z28 I bought for $3500 on ebay. Couldn't pass that deal up to build a nice drag strip only car. The orange one I just always wanted.

T,
Nice addition to a cool collection. Are you able to insure all those 4th gens as collectibles?

I'm going to see if I can get the 'vert insured that way. For now, I just pay about $110 per month on each one for full coverage. The vert is $135/mo though.
not bad. i pay right at 1200 a year for full coverage on the formula if i pay it in full. i need to honestly find another company other than progressive.
