I thought about doing that on my 69 camaro, somthing like this...

I saw anvil now offers CF cowls for first gens, but I figure this can be done with a little metal work...

that looks crazy. i'm thinking about doing it too but i have a 2" cowl.

Anvil makes on that's smooth but it still has the wiper holes...

I smoothed mine, and hid the washers under the cowl.

Anvil auto sure makes some nice stuff! I really like the look of the aluminum mesh, thanks for the link!! :cool: I wish they made one for a 72 nova. I'm just going to smooth out an extra one my dad had, I'll post pics when i finish
