Once again Mr. Rupp has taken care of the family. It's great to see soo many familiar faces, cars and names of people from the board. Congrats to all who are in the new issue and thanks to PHR and Steven Rupp for seeing that real people can afford real cars.

Thanks and congrats to all!!!!!

I just got mine yesterday. It is IMO one of the better issues ever put out by the mags.

The Vizard piece on supercharging is a great introduction to the latest in practical boost. There's even a couple of my parts in the Magnuson article!

Hey Larry, nice twins!

For some reason it seems like PHR and Hotrod have gotten alot better lately as far as showing cars that are home built or aren't "perfect". They have some real people working there who are into building there own cars and are alot more interesting to read then a few years ago. I like reading about stuff that people built themselves on a budget and are drivers, and may or may not have all the latest most expensive part you can get... it's almost like a backlash to the "ratrod" deal when a fully shop built billet rod wont get the time of day, kinda the same thing. Although I like seeing those type of muscle cars as well. Fesler Built cars are never boring to look at for example... don't know where I was going just thinking out loud lol...:wrc:

Congrats everyone. Can't wait to see your car out this way when it's done, Larry! You owe me a ride!

BTW-Did I mention what a great mag Camaro Performers is? :getout:

I had the pleasure of meeting Steve at Carlisle this weekend. CP is now my favorite mag. The PHR was an excellent read, too.

Steve called me and let me know he put my GTO in PHR. I'm still waiting for my copy in the mail. I'm trying to resist going out to the local Walmart and pick up a few extra copies. However not my style.

I enjoyed Steve's work at PHR. I have been very impressed with his work ethic. I have said this before he really has brought PHR up a notch or two!

I hope they allow him to do the same at the other magazine. It's only a matter of time before he becomes an editor.

And that was a very tedious shot to do. Jay was great to work with. This was an intended cover shot, but he didn't know it until he saw it. It was a great surprise for him. I had fun doing the shoot as well. The best thing about this job is all the people I meet. Many of which have become good friends.

Thanks Steve. It was taken at uncle Bob's. After Year One he told me to "get that POS washed or don't bring it back", or something like that! So I got a few while it was clean. I was buggin Steven at YOE about getting it in Camaro Performers (my new favorite mag), so I thought the side with the sticker was appropriate!

Your ride made it in the next Camaro Performers.. and you and your fiance.. and I saw that Johnny put Susan in his coverage for PHR.

That means she got in the magazines more than you! ;)
