C4 UCA poly bushing install for a Wayne Due Frame

I don't have a press and am looking for suggestions on getting the large, one piece poly bushing into the Corvette C4 UCA. This is for my Wayne Due frame that is finally seeing some attention.

I have a press and I couldn't figure out how to get those dang things in there. I powder coated everything so made it worse.

I ground the inside lip down on the bushings so they would slide in. Doesn't hurt since they are captive from the outer nuts.
