a-body rear cont. arm bushings alum. or urethane?

Polyurethane is probably the way to go for a p/t car. I have upper arms with spherical bushings, but I haven't got any for the lowers yet. I've seen guys using solid alum. bushings in drag cars. I don't think they'll work wel in a p/t car. Any feedback?
