Hello, My name is Tyson Livingston, I live in Monroe WA Ive been a long time member but never introduced myself, or my car, so here it goes...

I have a 1970 chevelle Malibu that HAD a 383 stroker and th400 with a 12bolt posi and 3:73 gears, but I just sold everything out of it and currently swapping in a 6.0L lq9 and a 2002 t56 trans. Also swapping a ls1 intake onto it (I will swap a ls6 later) Here are a few pics of the swap, and a video of the old 383 motor idling and if anybody has any questions I will do my best to answer...THANKS

I bought the motor off Craigslist...the Escalade rolled at 80mph and everybody walked away, or atleast thats what I was told. The profile pic is not of me, I found it on Ebay while looking for a halloween costume, I found some guy selling a kids pink Carebear costume...but why the 40 year old man decided to wear a childs costume-and take pics? I have no idea. So I stole the funniest and most creepy pic he had. I wish I would have watched the auction end to see if someone actually bought it. :hah:

Project looks good, excpet I think that truck pan is hanging a bit too low. Be careful when you drive it!

More updates!!! test fit the motor with the camaro pan and it fits perfect but the firewall looked fugly.
so I STARTED smoothing it out. Also finishd the transmission tunnel WHAT A PITA!!!

Yes I did get a hold of a F-body oil pan and swapped it out, I was planning on running a aftermarket under dash heater unit with no A/C (it doesnt get that hot in seattle)
