I was having a proplem programming my level pro system and wanted to post the information here in case anyone else ever is experiencing what I am. Here is a VERY detailed instruction list on programming them, plus and explanation why it must be done this way. Enjoy.

"I start the sequence and take it to the top using my 2 post lift."

(The procedure that I was trying to do included just rasing the car up with the lift... and then letting it down with the lift.)

AirRide-

GOT IT!!!

You are not learning the level sensors correctly, and here's why:
Normally, prior to the learning sequence, I place the vehicle near the #2 (Ride Height) position then let the compressor(s) completely fill the tank. This ensures that I have enough air capacity to lift the vehicle to the maximum level (#3). I then start the level sensor learning sequence by:
1-Press and hold the Air Ride logo button for 3 seconds (the button lights)
2-manually inflate the vehicle to the maximum level
3-press and release the Preset #3 button (do not hold the button, it's a simple press and release) (at this point all bar graphs go to full)
4-manually lower the vehicle to the minimum level
5-press and release the Preset #1 button (do not hold the button, it's a simple press and release) (at this point all bar graphs go to one bar)
6-wait 10 seconds for the lights to go out
7-manually raise the vehicle and verify that the bar graphs move in the correct manner

Here's where you are having problems:
-when you manually raise the vehicle to preset #3 the computer starts recording the level sensor voltages whenever an inflate button is pressed. It stops recording when you press and release Preset #3.
-It then does the same "recording process" when you manually deflate then press and release preset #1.
-If you do this on a lift BUT DO NOT PRESS THE INFLATE AND DEFLATE BUTTONS the system never records the level sensor voltages and will never properly learn the level sensors.
-THIS OPERATION MUST BE DONE ON THE GROUND WITH THE AIR SYSTEM MOVING THE VEHICLE. This not only properly learns the level sensors, but it also checks the rest of the system to make sure everything is working correctly.

DOH!! :pat:

Thank you Britt for this synopsis.
