56 150/210/Bel Air

My nephew and I are having a debate on the differences of the 1956 Chevrolet 150/210 and Bel Air front end.
What are the differences if any, on the trim, grill and or emblems on the front end only?

The trim on the sides of the fenders is the difference.

150 no trim

210 single strip trim

bel air double trim

I am asking more of the front grill, hood area not on the sides. Thanks for the info though.
