i actually need to add some track to my setup and wondered what system will increase this the most on the rear wheels.

i'm not doing the fronts till later, but id like to do the backs right away.

most will just be the additional amount of rotor to wheel mounting surface thickness. 1/8" or so.

Wilwood seems to have the thinnest rear hats on many of their kits at ~3/16", so you only gain ~1/16" over the OE drum. The C5 rotors are ~.240" and the C6 Z51/Z06 rear rotors thicker at ~.280". The C3 rear rotors are the thickest of anything I've seen at ~.330". If you need more than that, you could widen the rear end or run spacers.

Wilwood are basically /16, Baer and factory are usually 1/4". You can have hub centric pacers made to move the wheels out more. We just had a set done for Michael's Monte Carlo to move thethe rears tires out 3/8" as it was rubbing the inner fenders in autocross situations.
