Well I recieved a giant box yesterday from Art Morrison courtesy of Frank from Prodigy Customs/GP superstore.
I just wanted to take a minute to thank Frank who helped me to decide exactly what goals I wanted to accomplish and how to achieve them with this project. I was beating myself in the head with a hammer trying to figure everything out, and he reminded me this was supposed to be fun, and just get what I wanted upfront so as not to be buying the wrong parts over and over. This alone is itself invaluable information. He talked me through the entire process and gave me loads of info on what I needed.
The car is being built by Mark(69metalman) on here and Team Camaro, who happens to live within driving distance of my house (which I have learned is a very valuable asset) I hope he will be chiming in with updates periodically
I would also like to take a minute to thank everyone at Morrison for their help, especially Kevin Koser, if anybody needs a great salesman/tech guy he is definately your man.
All I know now is a 69 Camaro with 19x12s with a 5.5 B.S. in the rear and 18x10s with a 6.25 B.S. in the front, C-6 Corvette front, 3-link rear It will have a 5" ride height with a 5-speed and Air-Ride...LOL
Back to beating myself in the head trying to figure out an engine
Well onto what everyone really wants to see

Nice frame. Can you tell me what frame width you went with. I also have a max g frame- not the 3 link version though. I will be watching this build closely. Chris

just curious, do you have to cut into the backseat w/ that 3-link?

This car will not have a back seat at all, I believe it would be useless with the cage it will be getting. I do think it can be done but it would all have to be custom built and woulb be a little narrow.

Come on guys keep the engine ideas coming!!!!!!!

those tries are f'ing sexy. V12 is amazing. i could sell my car and buy the oil pan lol.. on the engine choice I think it's cool to have a bunch of high tech stuff like your suspension and wheels and tires and then do an old school powerplant with a some modern upgrades. Like a big block with ITB's on FI or something along those lines for kind of a retro feel.. or even a GEN 1 small block that is all aluminum but has some vintage speed parts mixed with newer fuel injection...
