I'm currently looking for tires for my incoming 18x8 and 18x10 wheels. I'm curious what tires are preferred. So far I have looked into Nitto 555, Bf Goodrich KDW2 and Bf Goodrich TA KDs. I realize that none of these tires will hook up like my MT street radials I'm running, but I'm looking for a tire that lasts longer. Which ones grip the best for straight line performance?

The sizes I'm looking at are 295/35/18 in the rear and 235/40/18 in the front for the Nittos and KDW2's. The TA Kds would be 295/35/18 in the rear and 224/40/18 in the front.

Thanks in advance.

OT but do you make motorcycle exhaust cans? There is a company called Akrapovic. But then you would probably be Slovenian.

LOL I wish. I used to be into sport bikes and ran full akrapovic exhaust. I've using the name for 10+ years. Just couldn't think of anything more creative.

I have 20x10 and 18x8 inch Billet Specialties wheels. I checked a lot of cars at the Riverside carshow and the sizes that came up the most were 285-30-20 and 245-35-18.
I bought Falkens FK452 in these sizes for $ 800,- mounted and balanced. A very good deal!

Nitto Invos, Michelin PS2s or Toyo T1rs
If price is no object I would take the Michelins, the T1rs and Invos are about equal, I personally like the look of the tread on the Invos a little better than the T1rs so I would choose them second.
