8 months jail
5 years probation
500 hours community service
3 years suspended driver's license

At least he was decent enough to plead "no contest"
I wish his passenger a full recovery

Glad to see real justice, not 'celebrity' justice.

I think we all need to remember that he is a kid. I got away with more than I would like to tell or remember. Glad I wasn't driving onthe LA streets. I bet he learns his lesson.

And in the end he still has to live knowing his friend is mangled for life. That is his real sentence!

Yeah, I heard the parents were swinging for the fence. And now that he plead no contest, and being 17, I cannot imagine that is going to go to well for the Hulkster.

I'm sure you never did anything retarted when you were 17 in a car :bsjerk:

Unfortuntate what happened, But without knowing the specifics I think it's hard to blame nick 100% for what happened. Especially since word is the passenger was not wearing a seatbelt.

oh hell yeah, there was this one time with a bus full of....n/m.

oh well I hope we all can learn. Remember the car doesn't have to move till everyone buckles up. Everyone has choices.

A skinny little white kid goes to his jail cell, looks up and sees this HUGE black guy standing next to him.

The big guy sees the little guy staring at him, looks down, and says: '7 feet tall, 350 pounds, 20 inch private, 3 pound testicles, Turner Brown.'

The white kid faints and falls to the floor. The big guy kneels down and brings him to, shaking him.. The big guy says: 'What's wrong with you?'

In a weak voice the little guy says, 'What EXACTLY did you say to me?'

The big dude says: 'I saw your look and figured I'd just give you the answers to the questions everyone always asks. I'm 7 feet tall. I weigh 350 pounds. I have a 20 inch private, my testicles weigh 3 pounds each, and my name is Turner Brown.'

The white kid says: 'Turner Brown. Sweet Jesus, I thought you said, 'Turn around.'

People who think it wasnt all his fault are they types of kids that got "Timeouts" rather than an Ass beating .... If I ever did anything like that I wouldnt have to worry about jail beacuse my oldman would of killed me first.... Nick was the driver It was his responsibility to use good judgement..to make sure passenger(s) are buckled in the fact that the passenger want wearing a seatbelt is besides the point... given the conditions of the road he should of never been driving like that.. I would say over his head but just being behind the wheel might cause that... Bottom line is he's the one with the gas pedal..

Amen Harley! It wasn't his first head in butt time either.
But, hang him....?.....I had screwed up plenty when I was a kid......But I did pay the concequences also!
