I would like to know how the Fatman suspension kit compares to Wayne's and GW's. Does anyone have first hand experience with Fatman?

The only way they compare is that they do not use the factory subframe. Read these two threads https://www.pro-touring.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3294 and https://www.pro-touring.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3379. You will find that your question is more complicated that than it first seems. You can get a VERY good handling car with a factory sub and the right geometry and still have some cash left.
