Trying to decide which to buy. Also i would like to say this is also right now my dailey driver. I dont want it too drink up to much gas. Got any suggestions? or should I leave the double barrel on?

Thanks

If MPG is your biggest concern a well tuned Q-Jet still seems to be the preferred.

Just FYI...its Edelbrock.

A Quadrajet has small primaries and will probably yield better mileage than the Edelbrock or Holley.

The Edelbrock will get a little better mileage than the Holley.

My vote would be a well tuned quadrajet also. My old 68 442 (325 hp 400) would get 13 mpg in town and 19 on the freeway.

Once you open up the secondaries, those numbers are no longer meaningful :)
