Where to buy Specialty Auto Tech Cooler

I'm wanting to run a power steering cooler like CarlC. It's a piece made by Specialty Auto Tech. Is anyone a dealer? A google search turns up one place DaytonaASP???? never heard of 'em.

Jegs makes a similar one, so do a few others, but I like the idea of getting it in black ano....

Any suggestions?

now the question, should I get a 12 or 18 inch version?
