Sent car to Retro Rides in Utah for complete job. Car was there over a year and Frank from Prodigy had to rescue it from those moroons. Excuse after excuse and even stole some of my parts and used on his cars. They tried to pass off another car as my car at SEMA and couldn't even get that car completed. Goodmark Industries quit advertising for them and couldn't even get their car from them. Bet they will be Bankrupt in 6 months. Could have been a nice Pro Tour car --4th gen and 1 st gen mate --great concept but poor business people. BEWARE OF THESE CLOWNS. Now I can look to Frank and DSE to make one mean 67 convertible. LS1 with 4L60E, DSE Subframe , mini tub and QuadaLink. Welcome any suggestions on setup.

Being from Utah. I am way sorry to hear that. It hits close to home for me. They seemed to have had a cool thing going. Great idea. The cars I saw in the magazines were pretty awesome. Sorry for your troubles and hope it all works out in the end.

Yea, I heard about your problems with them.. for what they wanted you could have just bought my Camaro.
But your story about them has been noted and lets just say that.. well.. it's not good for a Camaro company to be noted in the book I make these notes in.

I swear were going to rename the company The Prodigy Rescue Team! Out of all 13 projects, either in the shop right now or scheduled for later in the year, all but 2 of those 13 projects are absolute rescues.
We need to thank Craters and Freighters for picking up the mess for us. Since the car has no running gear or rolling gear, we had to figure out how to even get the shell out of there and down to sunny Florida. I really need to give an “atta boy” to our own Andrew. The kid is one smart cookie and found this company cratersandfreighters.com to pick it up, crate it and get it to us. What an awesome service. I am happy we got it out of there at all the way this deal was going. I am curious to see exactly what we are getting as these guys have done some sheetmetal work to it! Man I really hope it is all done correctly!
Danny, what these guys did to you boarders on criminal activity. I am not an attorney but suspect that there has been enough lying and deceit to boarder on fraud, possibly criminal fraud! I suspect should you decide to pursue this, you will be able to bust their asses and possibly put them in jail. Let's just hope you get your money back and you can call it a day.
In the meantime, you are going to end up with a much better car now anyway. I was never really crazy about that conversion they did. The car I saw that they finished did nothing for me. What your doing to the car now is going to be kick ass.
As soon as we get pictures from Crater and Freighters, I will post them for all to see.
Thanks for selecting us, let’s see if we can make this dream, turned nightmare, back into a dream again.

The first 3-Stooges failed miserablely but had a great time..lol...Retro-Rides are a bunch of Crooked Hickey Nuts.:bsjerk: I can't wait to see Frank's Bad Azzzz work on your Camaros'. It might not be 3 weeks, but then again, it will be your car from a Great Company.

It's "maroon" if you are invoking the Bugs Bunny clause.

Have give thanks to Andrew for the rescue. We did have some casualties - one Goodmark cowl hood and some door glass. I believe they stole those items to use on their car like they did my new American Autowire kit, windshield and few other parts. The clowns owe me money and parts. I spoke with Anthony Frank ,owner of Goodmark, a while back and they were holding his car hostage :help!: . He was so bent with the guys he has terminated all dealings and advertising for them and threatened legal suit. He was also planning a rescue operation. I called him yesterday but only got his voice mail. How stupid of a company to loose a multi million dollar deal with Goodmark or poor management and decisions. Tried calling Retro Rides over the last couple of days and only get a recording. These guys are banking on that high end car dealer in the Ceaser's (spelling?) Palace mall in Vegas to sell there product. He has promised them that he can turn the cars in the mid 300's and up. I don't know what Crack pipe they are smoking but they both are in for a surprise. Esp the guy selling them, when he finds out that Dennis and the stooges can't live up to their promises. I could write a book over this ordeal that would make your head spin. Steve, If you need a good magazine article call me. Frank, let my car out in the sun for a little tan since it has been up in the freezing snow. Since we will be painting it Daytona Sunset Orange, it is more fitting that it be in Florida. Thanks to all the others for the input and lets spread the word about this clowns. Hope Foose sees this as that he did some dealings with them, don't want another UJnique Performance In the meantime I will have to keep telling my 12 year his car is not coming home anytime soon - I think he thinks I am the boy that cried wolf since I kept promising him another 30 days.

At this stage of my life, and being that it's now the 21st century, if I had the money and wanted to have a car built I would never do business with any company that was not an active participant in one of the major automotive web communities on the internet such as this one or Lat-G, Camaros.net, Musclerides, LS1tech, etc.
Unless it's Foose or Trepanier, If I don't see their banner to the right of the screen, then that tells me that they are not plugged into this industry and not plugged into their customers.
If they don't hang around here....then I don't know em, and I don't trust em.
