I grew up in Escondido and Poway, but I live in Seattle now. I still get to Poway about twice a year to visit family and friends. Good luck on the project, and have fun on the site.

Thanks guys, Sorry I was away from here for a while.

Mike, no I didnt make it through the fire. I lost the house and everything in it including two show cars. One of them was a maxed out fully redone 67 RS Camaro Valued over $40,000! At least the insurance company gave most of it back $30,000. The other was a nice show jeep (Rock and sand) frame off resto. One good thing is that I just moved my 67 vert Camaro to the shop which is located on the lower lot of my property. It was a hard day finding all of this out for the first time.

Russ, sorry bud, I dont have a cool corvette like you do. I love the 67' vettes.

I just started on doing a little work on my camaro and having a great time. I plan on reading a lot on here for info as I am doing the LS1 conversion with a kenny bell blower and a 6 spd trans.
Right now I have the whole front clip, rear end and springs, and fuel tank out. Waiting for parts to go back together. :)
