Hello!

Does anybody have the dimensions of a C5 front brake rotor?

outer dia
thickness
height (when the rotor is laying)
inner dia for hub clearence

.....

I could buy Brembo four piston brake calibers but I think I have to use the C5 rotor instead of C4 13" rotors which fit my prepared 69' Camaro hubs. (I need a thickness about 1 1/4")

Thanks

Gotta love the DBA catalogue...what it doesn't tell you is the rotor hat thickness however which is what determines where the disc actually ends up for caliper alignment purposes. For a C5/C6 OE replacement rotor, the hat is ~.300" thick, give or take.

The hub mating surface is typically roughly 6.00" diameter and will vary somewhat by manufacturer...mostly larger, not smaller. The C6 rotors are tighter due to their heat-dam design and will require a smaller hub flange and larger chamfer on the face. For maximum C5/C6 rotor interchangeability, we suggest cutting your hub flange to 5.94" outside diameter and adding an 1/8" x 45 degree chamfer to the face.
