LS Crate Engine Suppliers

I'm looking to buy a drop in LS engine. I know of Turnkey and Mast, are there any other companies that sell complete engines?

Scoggin Dickey has some great crate engines to and its GM largest supplier of crate engines in the US http://www.sdparts.com/ (http://www.sdparts.com/) for a new engine.

If your looking for complete drop out engine out of a donor vehicles I have a lot of friends who own LS salvage yards, and I can call around for you if you want to go this route.

If your looking for just the crate engine I would recommend Danny Beck Chevrolet in Tulsa, OK 918-227-1070. Ask for Andy.

I literally just placed the order yesterday for the hopped up version of the LS3 (LS376/480) and he faxed me the invoice to sign this a.m. They had what I was looking for in stock and will be freighting it out to the west coast for me. Andy was easy going and knowledgeable. He quoted me 3 different freight charges depending if I wanted to pick it up at the docks, have delivered to a business or personal residence. He also threw in a free t-shirt and 2008 GMPP catalog lol. The motor I wanted was sold out locally. The amount I paid in shipping was a little less than what I would have paid for taxes locally.

Scoggin Dickey is the Mast autherized dealer. They also carry GM crate engines, but these aren't ready to run right out of the box. Pace performance sells a ready to run version of the carb LS crate engine if this is what you're looking for. Larry

Jesse, If I would have known that you could have saved me alot of headaches:hammer: .Although I did get most of my parts from you, but had I known I would have had you build the motor with all the parts already installed. Oh well, next project.( don't tell the wife). Thanks, Larry
